Description: Respiratory system disorders are one of the primary non-musculoskeletal reasons why people have pain, irritation, lack of endurance, and difficulty breathing. This class will examine how proper motion of the musculoskeletal system integrates with the respiratory viscera and how disorders of either can be problematic. We will also discuss how asthma, seasonal allergies, and respiratory infections can affect these systems. Thorough evaluation and treatment of relevant musculoskeletal structures, respiratory viscera, and the lymphatic and autonomic nervous systems will be demonstrated and practiced.
