• Cancellation Policy

  • Students should be registered and paid in full prior to class start date.

Confirmation for all courses will occur 30 days prior to the first day of the class unless there are insufficient registrants. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. BayGrass Institute is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to course cancellation. A full refund of tuition will be issued if the course is cancelled by BayGrass Institute. Tuition refunds will be considered if events beyond our control cause a course that is in progress to be interrupted. Cancellations will be posted on our website and will be sent to the email address on file of all class participants.

To receive a full refund of tuition for a class, less a $100 administration fee, a registrant should submit a request in writing 30 days prior to the start date of the BayGrass Institute course.

If a registrant cancels after the 30-day period, the tuition, less $100 administration fee, may only be applied toward a future BayGrass Institute course within a 12-month period from the original cancellation date. This may only occur once within a 12-month period. After the 12-month period, all monies will be forfeited.

Student Feedback

“Such important information delivered in a manner that makes sense and can be used with so many patients. I have much better understanding of how manual work addresses health at the cellular level!”

Janice L.
“BayGrass Institute courses are stellar. The information is always anatomically and physiologically supported.”

Stephanie T.
“I have never seen techniques presented for the foot that actually work! Great combinations of lab time and lecture.”
